  • What is ErsteConfirming?

    ErsteConfirming is an easy-to-use, fully automated payment transaction product for confirmed and as yet outstanding invoices.  It provides you - as a supplier - the option of advancing payment of your invoices prior to due date – against a corresponding discount on the invoiced amount.

  • What can I do on the ErsteConfirming web platform?

    On the web-based platform of Erste Group (www.erstegroup.com/confirming) you may easily select the invoices that have been added by participating customers, as an offer to the bank regarding an advance payment. You may choose either to process all invoices automatically via ErsteConfirming or just on a case-by-case basis. The platform also provides an overview on the status of the confirmed invoices and the respective details.

  • Where can I find the identification code?

    The identification code is stated in the text of the Welcome Letter sent to you by e-mail. See an example

  • Where can I find the details of an invoice?

    Please contact the ErsteConfirming Helpdesk by phone at +43 (0)5 0100 – 11111. The Helpdesk agent will guide you through the registration procedure. For registration you have to fill in the details of an invoice that has been confirmed by your customer and sent to us for processing.

  • How should the access code (PIN) look like?

    It should be a six-figure numerical code. Please keep in mind that this is a confidential number used exclusively by you

  • Which telephone number and e-mail address should I give?

    Please provide us via ErsteConfirming web platform with the telephone number and the e-mail address of the department in your company responsible for managing the payment collection of invoices.

  • If I forget my PIN, can I retrieve it?

    You will find direct access for recovery of your codes on the ErsteConfirming web platform.

  • What should I do if I haven’t received the Welcome Letter?

    Please keep in mind that you will receive a Welcome Letter after the buyer has confirmed a payment for one of your invoices.
