How do I find the CVV in CaixaBankNow?

Through CaixaBankNow you can obtain the necessary details to continue making online purchases with your Youth Card¹

My Cards

1. Go to My Cards in CaixaBankNow

Choose the card you want to know the details of and click on the cloud icon.

2. Click on the menu and click on "Card details"

3. View the CVV and expiry date

You can also copy your card PAN by clicking on the first button.

4. Confirm the operation

Through CaixaBank Sign by clicking on "Confirm".

5. Receive an SMS with your details

Open the SMS and all done! You now have the CVV and expiry date of your Youth Card.

1. Carnet Jove (as a debit card): for young people from 14 to 30 years of age. Carnet Jove (as a credit card): for young people from 16 to 30 years of age. Cards issued by CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E. F. C., E. P., S. A. U. (CPC), with Tax ID A-08980153, a hybrid payment institution registered in the Bank of Spain Official Register of Companies under number 8776. Carnet Jove (as a pre-paid card): for young people from 14 to 30 years of age. Issued by electronic money operator Global Payments MoneyToPay, EDE, S.L., (M2P) with Tax ID B-65866105, and registered in the Bank of Spain Official Register of Companies under code 6702. CaixaBank acts as the agent for the institutions issuing the cards. The system chosen by M2P and CPC to protect payment service users' funds is to deposit them in a separate account opened with CaixaBank, S.A. The card is granted subject to analysis of the applicant's credit rating and their ability to pay back the sum, in line with the company's risk policies. For all the aforementioned cards, CPC includes a free travel insurance policy for all the users of the Carnet Jove. ImaginersGen, S.A., which owns the "imagin" trademark, promotes and publicises the Carnet Jove programme. imaginersGen S.A. is an agent of CaixaBank S.A., which has Tax ID A-08663619 and is listed in the Bank of Spain Official Register of Companies under number 2100.
