Denied due to transaction pending payment

The purchase or reimbursement could not be completed because you have transactions pending payments:

Your MyCard1 charges transactions to your account the day after the purchase, as long as it has been confirmed by the commerce or within 48 hours. Due to insufficient balance in your account, it has not been possible to pay the pending transactions, and for this reason you have not been able to complete the transaction.

What do you need to do to continue making purchases? 

You need to add balance to your account to cover all pending transactions. You can consult the outstanding amount in CaixaBankNow (app or website), by going to your card menu and clicking on "Upcoming charges": you will see the amount under "Outstanding Payment".

When you have enough balance in your account to cover the pending transactions, you will be able to use your card again.
