The entire amount of the incentive is €308.64. A withholding of 19% is made on account of the Personal Income Tax, which gives rise to the net amount paid. The incentive is liable to personal income tax as income from movable capital subject to withholding tax according to current legislation, notwithstanding the terms of any special autonomous tax regimes. The recipient of the remuneration must declare a capital gain in their savings tax base determined by the full amount received, and can deduct from their taxable base the withholding made.
