CaixaBank and its group are committed to training and raising awareness amongst personnel whose duties involve data protection. In this regard, the Bank and the group companies have an internal and external training programme under which the specialists who advise and supervise in this area, led by the Data Protection Officer, are trained. The Data Protection Officer also leads the training programme for all the other employees of the Group's Entities in general.
With regard to the suppliers and their staff from whom they may receive services, CaixaBank and the group companies incorporate in their contractual relationships with them the need for training on data protection. They also have a programme for directly training their agents and temp agencies on data protection.
