Purpose

If we have your consent, we will transfer the data indicated below to other companies with which we have agreements to send you commercial offers of the products and services they market.

If you do not consent to this processing, we will not disclose your data. If you do consent, the data that we transfer to other companies will vary depending on whether you have authorised us to personalise our product and service offering based on an analysis of your data:

• If we do not have your consent to personalise our product offering, we will only provide these companies with your identification and contact details.
• If you have given us your consent to personalise our product and service offering to you based on the analysis of your data, we will also disclose information from your commercial profile to these companies, including inferred information about your preferences and needs and inferred information about your payment or default probability or risk limits.

For this processing, we will not use any data that contains information revealing your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union affiliations, genetic data, biometric data intended to identify you individually, health-related data or data related to your sexual life or orientation.

• Identification and contact data
  • full name
  • sex
  • postal, telephone and
  • email contact information
  • residence address
  • nationality
  • date of birth
  • communication language
  • identity document

• Data obtained from other processing operations provided for in the privacy policy:
  • Details of the customisation of the products and services offered based on an analysis of your data: If you have granted your consent for us to customise our commercial offer (processing A above), we will also use the information included in your commercial profile which is set out in processing 6.1. A of the Privacy Policy, so they can send you personalised offers.

What more should I know?

How will I know that you have transferred my data?

If we reach an agreement with a third-party company to transfer your data, the recipient company will inform you of this fact, as well as of the data transferred and the details of the processing it intends to carry out.

What if I do not consent?

We will only process your data if you have given us your consent to do so. Your consent will remain valid until you revoke it.

And if I stop being a customer?

If you cancel all your products or services with CaixaBank Group companies but forget to revoke your consent, we will do so automatically.

• If we do have your consent to customise our commercial offering or to check your capacity to pay beforehand (processing "Customisation of the product offering based on the analysis of your data" and/or "Preliminary check of your capacity to pay for the products and services that entail financing"), we will transfer to these companies the data we have detailed in the processing for which you have given us your consent.

A of the Privacy Policy, so they can send you personalised offers.
  • Analysis of creditworthiness and repayment capacity for the granting and monitoring of credit risk: If you have given us your consent for the preliminary check of your ability to repay (processing B above), we will also use the data detailed for processing 6.2.C of the Privacy Policy to send you offers that involve financing or deferred payments.
