Via CaixaBankNow on your computer or mobile, we offer you different options so that you can decide where and when you use your cards with just a click, so that you have complete control and the maximum security in all your payment methods.
Monitor use
Access the "Use Control" option and choose to activate or deactivate temporarily transactions such as online purchases, trips abroad, leisure for the over 18s, on airlines, in hotels, at petrol stations or cash withdrawals at ATMs. It makes no difference whether it is your physical card or you have downloaded it to your mobile phone or smartwatch, you can configure the uses of each of them to suit your taste.
How do I access the "Use Control" option?
From the CaixaBankNow website go to "My Cards", select the card you want to restrict and in the "Enquiries and Management" menu you will find "Use Control".

Temporary block
You can also temporarily and reversibly "turn off" your card. We recommend this option if you don't know where your card is or if you're not planning to use it for a time. In the same way, you can "turn it on" instantly whenever you like.
How to access the "Temporary Block" option?
From the CaixaBankNow app go to "My Cards", select the card you want to block and in the options menu go to "Block Card" and select "Temporary."
Block permanently (cancel)
You can also permanently block your card if it has been lost or stolen.
How to access the "Permanent Block" option?
From the CaixaBankNow website, go to "My Cards", select the card you want to restrict and in the "Enquiries and Management" menu you'll find "Block Card".
From the CaixaBankNow app, go to "My Cards", select the card you want to block and in the options menu go to "Block Card" and select "Definitive Cancellation" or "Permanent Cancellation".
