Vueling Visa Cards

Vueling Visa is a card with which you can earn Avios (loyalty points) for every purchase you make. These Avios can be redeemed for discounts on Vueling flights, allowing you to save on your trips.

The card also offers exclusive advantages such as priority boarding, flight changes without fees and access to an exclusive CaixaBank customer service. It is issued by CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, S.A., in collaboration with Vueling Airlines S.A. “Vueling” and Avios Group Limited “AGL”.

• The Vueling Visa card is free for the first year. From the second year, the annual fee is €45.
• If you decide to opt for the Vueling UP! Visa card, the first year is also free. From the second year, the annual fee is €90.

Both fees will be charged when the card is settled.

For the first 3 months from the date you sign up to the card, you earn:

• 4,500 Avios by purchasing at least €400 with your Vueling Visa card.
• 9,000 Avios by purchasing at least €600 with your Vueling UP! card. Visa.

You will receive the Avios in your Vueling Club account from the fourth month onwards. Please note that this offer is limited to one welcome bonus per customer and product.

You can make a single change to your flight up to 2 hours before departure without paying the €60 fee. You just have to pay the difference if the new flight is more expensive.

This change can be applied to both the outbound and return flight, and if you decide to change, you will still have the option to cancel the new flight, and the amount will be saved as Flight Credit. Please note that the change will affect all passengers on the same booking.

Avios are the common currency for several airlines' loyalty programs, including Vueling. They will allow you to earn plane tickets, hotel stays or discounts on multiple services.

With the Vueling Visa card, you can change your flight without paying the usual flight change fees. We explain how it works here:

• You can make a single change to your flight up to 2 hours before the departure of the original flight.
• You will save up to €60 on the flight change fee. If the new flight is more expensive than the original, you will only have to pay the price difference.

As the holder of the Vueling Visa card, you have access to exclusive support for CaixaBank customers. For any queries and to manage your affairs, call the customer service helpline exclusive to Vueling Visa cardholders.

With the Vueling Visa card, you can decide when and how to pay for your purchases. You can choose one of the following options:

• Pay the total amount for your purchases at the end of each month.
• Split the payment of your purchases into instalments that best suit your financial needs, allowing you to keep on top of your budget more easily.

The card is issued by CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C. E.P., S.A.U. ("CPC"), a hybrid payment institution, with registered office at Avenida de Manoteras nº 20, Edificio París (28050 Madrid). CaixaBank, S.A. acts as the agent of the card issuing entity.

CaixaBank Payments & Consumer (“CPC”) protects the funds of client payment service users by depositing them in a separate account opened at CaixaBank, S.A.
