You need to register for CaixaBankNow to be able to authorise online purchases.
You must have provided your mobile phone number at your CaixaBank branch to obtain your CaixaBankNow username (identifier) and password.

3. Activate notifications in CaixaBankNow
When you need to authorise an online purchase, we will send a notification to your phone.
How can I authorise my online purchases?
Steps to authorise your purchases from the CaixaBankNow app:
Continue to make purchases by entering your card details in the online store.
You will receive a notification to authorise the purchase.
Sign in to the CaixaBankNow app either directly or through the notification to authorise the purchase (you can also cancel it).

What happens if I don't receive the notification?
If you do not receive the notification to authorise the purchase, go to CaixaBankNow online banking (via the app or website) and authorise your purchase in "Pending transactions" in the Messages or MailBox section.
Can I authorise online purchases through the CaixaBankNow website?
Yes, you can do this from your computer, but you will not receive the notification at the time of purchase if you do not have the app and notifications activated.
