How can I authorise my online purchases?
Continue to make purchases as you always have by entering your card details in the online store.
You will receive a notification to authorise the purchase.
Sign in to the CaixaBankNow app either directly or through the notification to authorise the purchase (you can also cancel it).

Can I authorise online purchases through the CaixaBankNow website?
- Yes, you can do this from your computer, but you will not receive the notification at the time of purchase if you do not have the app and notifications activated.
What happens if I don't receive the notification?
- If you do not receive the notification to authorise the purchase, access CaixaBankNow digital banking (via the app or website) and authorise your purchase in "Pending transactions" in the Messages or MailBox section.
Why can't I see the option to authorise the purchase in CaixaBankNow?
- If you can't see the authorisation notification for your purchase when you enter CaixaBankNow, you can view it in "Pending operations" in "Messages" or "MailBox".
